Research Biobank and Translational Pathology
The mission of the biobank is to collect and curate high quality biospecimens in a systematic fashion that are suited for research related to “treatment science” and improvement of treatment outcomes. The biobank reposes specimens and associated patient information in a transparent and easily retrievable system.
The translational pathology core will provide basic pathology services to the research community and facilitate the translation of scientific discoveries in the laboratory to patient tissues and other biospecimens.
