Work & Life Matters

Founded in 1985, Work & Life Matters by Cedars-Sinai Health System is an EAP/work-life program designed to help employees with their personal and work-related concerns in a variety of business settings. Our professional work/life staff includes licensed clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, career counselors, and child development and parenting specialists. We provide face-to-face, telephonic and on site consulting and referral services and employee programs in English and Spanish.

Organizations may select specific services to suit immediate needs or contract to take advantage of the entire array of work/life programs. We work with you to design outreach strategies and programs that reflect the current trends, employee needs and culture of your organization. Our programs address a spectrum of personal and work-related life events from birth to elder care.

Work & Life Matters is proud of its commitment to quality service and of the 98% client renewal rate it has received each year since its inception.

Our diverse client list includes manufacturing, healthcare, entertainment, government and service industries and nonprofit organizations and is available upon request.
